1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or accessing AIcyclinder (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

AIcyclinder is operated by Feyti Medical Group ("we", "us", or "Feyti"). These Terms govern access to and use of all modules of the Platform, including Regulatory Document Management (RDM), Clinical Trial Management (CTM), Adverse Drug Reaction (ADR) reporting, and Pharmacovigilance (PV) tools.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of your organisation to create an account.
  • Self-registered accounts are subject to approval by a designated super administrator before access is granted.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and must notify Feyti immediately of any unauthorised access.
  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and keep it updated.

3. Permitted Use

The Platform is licensed to organisations for internal regulatory and clinical operations. Permitted uses include:

  • Managing regulatory submissions, dossiers, and documentation required by pharmaceutical regulatory authorities (e.g., NDA, NAFDAC, EMA, WHO).
  • Conducting clinical trial management including protocol development, site management, patient recruitment, and regulatory submissions.
  • Reporting, tracking, and managing adverse drug reactions (ADRs) and pharmacovigilance case safety reports (ICSRs).
  • Collaborating on regulatory documents using AI-assisted generation and review tools.
  • Administering organisation users, roles, and access permissions.

4. Prohibited Use

You must not:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable pharmaceutical, clinical trial, or data protection regulations.
  • Upload or process falsified clinical data, fraudulent regulatory submissions, or misleading pharmacovigilance reports.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other organisations' data, accounts, or systems.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the Platform's source code or AI models.
  • Share login credentials or allow access to the Platform to individuals not authorised by your organisation.
  • Use the Platform to store or process data for which you do not have appropriate consent or legal authority.

5. Regulatory Responsibility

AIcyclinder provides tools to assist with regulatory processes; however, you and your organisation remain solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all regulatory submissions, pharmacovigilance reports, and clinical trial documentation produced using the Platform. Feyti Medical Group does not act as a regulatory agent or assume liability for regulatory decisions made on the basis of Platform outputs.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data, documents, and content your organisation uploads to or generates on the Platform ("Customer Data"). You grant Feyti a limited, non-exclusive licence to process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Platform services. Feyti will not access Customer Data except as necessary to provide support, ensure security, or comply with legal obligations.

7. Intellectual Property

All Platform software, AI models, user interface designs, logos, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of Feyti Medical Group or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of or licence to Platform intellectual property beyond the right to use the Platform as described herein.

8. Availability and Support

We aim to maintain high availability of the Platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. Support is available through the Platform or by email at support@feytimedicalgroup.com.

9. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to treat the other's confidential information with reasonable care and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law. Customer Data is treated as confidential by Feyti Medical Group.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feyti Medical Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform, including regulatory penalties, clinical trial delays, or data loss. Our aggregate liability to you for direct damages shall not exceed the fees paid by your organisation in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

Feyti may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if your subscription lapses. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support@feytimedicalgroup.com. Upon termination, Customer Data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any applicable data retention obligations.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. We will notify you of material changes via email or a platform notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
